Morgan Malia, Functional Medicine Health Coach & E-RYT
Morgan is a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and E-RYT Yoga instructor. She’s also a travel-fiend and life-long student; constantly scouring the planet, seeking to further her education in the fields of Functional Medicine, modern yoga research and traditional Ayurvedic studies. After several unsettling diagnoses, Morgan began a journey to health in her late teens with the adoption of a diligent yoga practice. She credits the holistic lifestyle practices of Yoga with saving her life and believes wholeheartedly in its ability to heal and transform from the inside out. Cleansing has always played a big role for her as well, and finding Hacienda del Sol in 2017 has proven to be one of the greatest gifts in her journey, both personally and professionally. Teaching since 2011, Morgan aims to support her students and clients in sharpening their senses to cultivate more intimate awareness of the ways their bodies, minds, and environments interact. She draws from her training and experience across a wide range of techniques, offering experiences that are therapeutic yet challenging in nature. Her intuitive approach meets individuals wherever they are on the path, shedding light on unconsciously held patterns and beliefs, and encouraging a sense of ease, happiness, and wholeness.
